Dr. Williams has a very professional, warm and caring manner, delightful. This helps to put the patient at ease. She thoroughly studied both her medical notes and the questions asked by patient. She fully addressed every point and then explained the treatment plan and organised an immediate blood test with Donna. Before leaving the room she re iterated what tests needed to be done and made sure that we understood . This was a very satisfactory appointment and we felt exceptionally well cared for and respected by both Dr. Williams and Donna thank you very much indeed we appreciate this care. We also see Sharon for regular blood checks and she gives the same wonderful, caring and efficient service. We are most fortunate to have such an excellent surgery we always find the Receptionists will go the" extra mile" to help in anyway that they can. I feel confident and re assured of great care, this we fully appreciate especially knowing the strain that the NHS is under to deliver a top class service on a tight budget. Thank you.
